PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – An early morning accident in Pulaski County has left one man dead.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a call about an accident on Highway 769 in Somerset around 7:18 a.m. Monday.
They arrived and found an SUV on its top in a ravine several feet off the roadway.
The sheriff says it appears 55-year-old Terry Lee Raines crossed the centerline, left the roadway, went over a ravine and was thrown from the SUV. He was taken to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The accident remains under investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.
