LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ/Herald Leader) – The outside of Lexington’s city hall is creating a safety hazard, according to the Herald Leader.
The report was presented to the city council and says the Limetone and other materials are beginning to pull away from the building.
It says that is causing water damage inside city hall.
The report says it could cost as much as $5.1 million to repair.
According to city officials the Fayette County property value administrator has valued the building at $12 million.
