FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will begin work Friday on a $11 million project across nearly 11 miles of KY 32 in southern Fleming County.
The project includes slide repairs, drainage work and culvert extensions, and resurfacing of the highway between the KY 156 (Mt. Hope Road) intersection and the Rowan County line.
The road, KY 32, will be one lane after Labor Day, with traffic controlled by temporary signals. Motorists should expect delays and plan travel accordingly.
Slide repairs, as well as drainage work, culvert extensions, and some pavement fixes, will continue through the fall.
Contractors have until June 30, 2020, to complete the project.
As always, road work schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions.
