Highway 2328, also known as Old Lexington Road or Old Richmond Road, depending on which county you’re in, goes right across the Kentucky River.

That is where, Saturday night just after 9 p.m, troopers say they responded to a call about a possible dead body along side the road.

Troopers suspect foul play.

Arnett’s body was sent to the State Medical Examiner in Frankfort to determine how and why she died.

Troopers say they don’t have any suspects at this point.
