POLICE: Man arrested for DUI after single-vehicle crash on I-75

Lexington Police say 50-year-old Bobby Dean Craig is the man arrested.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police arrested a man for DUI after they say he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the median on I-75 North.

It happened Friday morning just after 2:30 a.m. near mile marker 117.

Authorities say the man was driving a Jeep Cherokee in the southbound lane when he lost control of the wheel and slammed into the median forcing the vehicle into the northbound lanes.

They say several other vehicles were damaged during the collision.

Police say there were no injuries.

There was a traffic delay on I-75 North for nearly an hour while Lexington Fire crews cleaned up debris.

All lanes on I-75 North have reopened.
