Overview: Unfortunately, with some high thin cirrus clouds around, viewing the annual Perseid meteor shower will not be ideal but not impossible. The heat will continue for the next several days before our next weather maker works its way in, triggering several rounds of thunderstorms.
Tonight: Mostly clear and muggy with lows in the middle to upper 60s.
Monday: Partly cloudy and hot with highs around 90.
Tuesday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms developing with highs around 90.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy with a few showers and thunderstorm especially in the morning, highs in the middle 80s.
Thursday: Mostly sunny with highs in middle 80s.
Friday: Mostly sunny and a little hotter with highs in the upper 80s.
Saturday: Mostly sunny and hot, highs in the lower 90s
Sunday: Mostly sunny and hot, highs in the lower 90s.
