According to his arrest report, his girlfriend told police that her 12-year-old daughter said Peters had performed a sexual act on her on July 1, 2016.

They say his girlfriend told him to leave and called 911.

The report says Peters left the state to Louisiana after the incident occurred where he was later arrested, and taken into custody at Parish County Jail.

The arrest report says a forensic interview was performed on January 31, 2019 with his girlfriend’s 14-year-old daughter.

The report says she told investigators she and her sister were inside the home with Peters watching television when he asked them to strip for him several times, but both refused.

They say the 14-year-old girl also told investigators that this happened on two other occasions.

The report says Peters refuses to speak with detectives or investigators in this case.

Peters is charged with sodomy and failure to appear.

He is scheduled to appear in court today.
