CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Someone stole a school bus in Clay County then abandoned it after it got stuck, according to authorities.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a call came in about a bus found near the side of Buzzard Road around 6 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies say the bus belonging to the Clay County Board of Education was stolen.
They believe the suspects, or suspects, tried to take to bus onto a logging trail but it became stuck on an embankment, so they left it.
