Overview: A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for most of Central Kentucky until 10 tonight. Thunderstorms are developing and a few some could reach severe limits. Even though the intensity of these storms will drop off shortly after sunset, the risk of scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain for most of the upcoming week.
Tonight: Scattered showers with a few severe thunderstorms possible early, muggy with lows in upper 60s.
Monday: Showers and a few thunderstorms, high temperatures will reach the low to middle 80s.
Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms, highs in the lower 80.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms and highs near normal in the low to middle 80s.
Thursday: A good chance showers and thunderstorms with highs in the lower 80s.
Friday: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of a few showers and thunderstorms, warm with highs in the middle 80s.
Saturday: Partly cloudy with a better chance of showers and thunderstorms developing, highs topping out in the middle 80s.
Sunday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms and very warm with highs near 90.
