Scott County man accused of stealing trailers

SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Scott County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged a man for receiving stolen property from the Cincinnati Pike area in Scott County.

According to deputies, after following up on multiple tips, on Monday June 10th George T Griffith Jr. was arrested and charged.

Deputies located two stolen trailers in the 2600 block of Burton Pike.

Griffith was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He is currently in the Scott County Detention Center.
