WASHINGTON, D.C. (CNN/WTVQ) – You may to want to check those burgers and steaks before you put them on the grill this Memorial Day.
That’s because the USDA is recalling more than 62,000 pounds of beef due to E.coli concerns.
The raw beef products were packaged at the Aurora Packing Company in Illinois and shipped around the country, according to the USDA website
More than 40 products are under the recall, including short ribs, brisket and ribeyes.
The products subject to recall have the number “EST. 788” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
