LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A grandmother and another woman are charged in a case where deputies say drug deals were happening in a home with children present.
Investigators say 45-year-old Melissa Cox, the grandmother of the two boys in the home, admitted to them she knew drug deals were taking place in the house.
Deputies say 31-year-old Miranda Baker admitted she sold meth before investigators arrived. They say she also had drug paraphernalia on her.
Investigators say complaints from the public about drug activity led them to the home off Lily Road yesterday.
