KSP: Two arrested after troopers find drugs, handgun in car


MAYFIELD, Ky. (WTVQ)- State police say a traffic stop lead to the arrest of two men after troopers found drugs and a handgun in the car.

Troopers say they saw a car speeding o n KY 121 around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

During the traffic stop, KSP says the driver admitted to having drug paraphernalia. After searching the car, troopers say they found a small smoking pipe, suspected meth, marijuana and a concealed handgun.

Troopers arrested 18-year-old Christian Kaler and charged him with speeding, and drug related charges. His passenger, 19-year-old Dylan Wiggins, was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
