MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ) – Morehead State University plans to freeze housing rates and graduate tuition for the upcoming year, according to the school.

“Even in difficult times in state budgets, Morehead State University has a commitment to retaining its long-held status as the most affordable university east of Frankfort. We understand our service region and the students and communities within it,” said Dr. Jay Morgan, MSU president.
