The Lexington Police Department has canceled a Golden Alert issued Monday for a Lexington man.
Police say 68-year-old Lawrence Smith has been found.
They say he was located in a hospital due to a previous condition.
No other details were provided.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing man.
Police say 68-year-old Lawrence Smith last had contact with someone on Saturday, April 6 around 6:45 a.m.
His phone and vehicle were located at his home.
Smith has diabetes and onset dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Police say he does not have his diabetes medication.
Smith is approximately 5’ 10” and 175 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
