KSP: men impersonated deputies during home invasion

TRIGG COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police are looking for your help finding men accused of impersonating Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies during a home invasion.

According to KSP, sometime between 2 and 2:30 Saturday a.m, two men outfitted in police gear knocked on a door on Compton Road and announced themselves as Trigg County deputies.

Troopers say the two men then rushed into the home with two other men and wouldn’t let the adults and kids inside leave.

They reportedly stole several items from the house and left in one car. No one in the home was seriously hurt.
