The sheriff’s office reports a tractor trailer flatbed, loaded with wood, overturned off a wooden bridge that crosses over CSX railroad.

Deputies say it fell onto the tracks down below, blocking train traffic.

CSX was notified by deputies to stop all train traffic while the tractor-trailer was removed.

There was significant damage to a guard rail and the wooden bridge.

The driver of the tractor-trailer was identified as 51-year-old Daniel Lynch, of Clinton Township, Michigan. Lynch was transported by ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital London. Deputies say he was expected to be transferred to UK medical center center for further treatment.

The Lily volunteer fire department and London Laurel rescue squad assisted at the scene.
