US 23 back open after rockfall in Johnson Co.


JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- W.R. Castle Fire and Rescue says US 23 is now back open after a rockfall, but there is still a chance that there could be additional rockfalls.

Officials were detouring cars into the median after several large rocks fell into the path of a car.

Fire and rescue says to still use caution and be alert between Christian Way and Witten Way, especially if you are traveling southbound.
