MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ) –   A multi-vehicle crash closed I-64 Saturday at the Carter-Rowan County Line.  The City of Morehead says the crash involved a tractor trailer and a hazardous material.

At the time, the city said the road temperature was 27 degrees and fog was freezing as it hit the roads.

The city also warned people at the time about black ice.

Those conditions are no longer a problem.
