LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Three people are accused of burglarizing a store in Laurel County.
The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says Parkside Market off Flatwoods Road was broken into on January 31.
On Friday, the sheriff says deputies pulled over a car that had someone inside matching the description of a suspect in a surveillance photo from store.
Arrested were 44-year-old Steven Simmons, of London, 35-year-old Dominick Columbini, of Keavy, and 61-year-old Patricia Sharp, of London.
Deputies say the suspects were found with cigarettes and change believed to have been stolen in the burglary.
All three are charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.
Simmons was also charged with public intoxication.
Sharp was also charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
