The report says the RCC owes the company $300,00.

The back story is that the company was going to build a plant in the county that would turn natural gas into liquid products.

The county loaned the company $400,000 dollars to help it get started, but the company decided to move to Floyd County and only paid Pike County back $100,000, according to the report.

Judge Jones told the newspaper he wants the money repaid by March 1st.
