CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested a woman after finding her in a field, covered in mud, in possession of meth.

The sheriff’s office says they arrested 30-year-old Amy Fultz Monday after she was found in a field covered in mud. They say during the search, they found a black pouch with meth in it.

Fultz was charged with public intoxication, along with other charges.
