LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police say they are investigating an overnight shooting that left two people in the hospital.
According to police, an adult and a juvenile showed up together at Good Samaritan Hospital early Tuesday morning with minor gunshot wounds.
They say the pair told them they had been shot near Castlewood Park, unprovoked.
Police searched the park, but could not find any evidence of a shooting.
They also say they did not receive any shots fired calls in that area overnight.
The two victims were transferred to UK Medical Center for treatment, but are expected to be okay.
Police are still investigating the shooting.
