Anderson Fire officials help with horse rescue in Washington Co.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Several volunteers with the Anderson County Fire Department along with the Ky Large Animal Rescue responded to Washington County Sunday night for a large animal rescue, according to the Anderson County Fire Department.
Officials say the Ky Large Animal Rescue was contacted by a horse owner that was in a remote field of Washington County.

According to the fire department the horse ended up having to be put down, but the owner was very thankful for the help.
