DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two teenagers were arrested and charged with an armed home invasion in Danville, according to police.
Investigators say shortly after 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, a man heard two people talking outside his door at the Holladay Square apartments. They say when he opened the door to see who was there, two teens, ages 15-and-17, with guns, forced their way in and demanded money.
Police say when the reported victim told the teens he didn’t have any money, the two took off.
Investigators say they later found the two teens in the area and recovered two semi-automatic pistols believed to have been used in the crime.
The suspects names weren’t released because they’re juveniles. The reported victim’s name wasn’t released. No one was hurt, according to police.
