According to a Go Fund Me page, friends gifted Rose and Michelle Johnson a cruise to the Bahamas this weekend.

Everything was going great until Rose reportedly got sick and had to be taken to a local hospital.

Rose reportedly has an obstructed bowel and needs surgery, but the couple’s insurance isn’t accepted overseas.

They also can’t get back home because they didn’t need passports for the trip. So far, a Go Fund Me page has raised more than $2,000, but the goal is $10,000.
