WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)-She was the first one to report threats to UK’s campus to police.
Then hours later, she was in jail, accused of making those same threats.
Now, sophomore Haily Duvall is back in jail, facing federal charges.
Duvall is in the Woodford County Detention Center.
Earlier this month, Duvall spoke to several news outlets, including the student newspaper about threats on Snapchat that mentioned the White Hall Classroom Building.
One of the snaps had written on it, “White Hall is about to be white ashes”.
Duvall first faced charges in Fayette County, and was released from jail on bond, but now she’s behind bars again, facing federal charges with no bond specified.
