LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police say a man is dead after a two-vehicle crash on US HWY 421 in Clay County.
Troopers say that 46-year-old Elsie Roberts was traveling south bound when she crossed the center line and hit a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado being driven by 33-year-old Bradley Ruth head-on.
State Police say Roberts was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clay County coroner. The passenger in the car with Roberts was taken to a hospital in London where she received treatment for her injuries.

Bradley and his three passengers who were not wearing seat belts, were taken to Manchester Memorial Hospital where they received treatment for their injuries.
KSP says drug usage is suspected to be a factor in the collision.
