Clark County man killed in I-64 crash

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Clark County man died Thursday morning in a car crash after hydroplaning on I-64.

According to Clark County Coroner Robert Gayheart, 47-year-old Jeffrey Ray Wise was driving in the westbound lanes near mile marker 101.

According to the coroner, Wise’s car hydroplaned and turned over several times.

The coroner says Wise was ejected and died from that trauma.

There will be no autopsy.
