LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police have arrested a man they say sexually abused a child under the age of 12.
According to police, 31-year-old Luis Albert Cortez-Cortez sexually abused an eight-year-old girl on Saturday.

He will face a sex abuse charge on Monday.
