Madison County Fire Department battling Richmond house fire

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- According to a post from State Trooper Robert Purdy, the Madison County Fire Department is fighting a house fire in Richmond.

Trooper Purdy says the fire has destroyed a home on Bob White Drive.

Photos Purdy posted on Twitter show intense flames.

According to Purdy, someone who lives in the home said no one was home when the fire broke out.
