MANCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ)- Bert T. Combs Lake near Manchester has reopened now that repair work is finished on the dam.
Public boating and bank access is allowed again.
Before the week is out, the state is going to stock the lake with 1,000 Rainbow Trout, with more to come after the first of the year.
If you catch any trout and want to keep them, you need a 10 dollar trout permit to go along with your fishing license.
Boats with internal combustion motors aren’t allowed on the lake, but electric motors are.
Kayaking and canoeing are also allowed.
