LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police have arrested a man they say drove under the influence with his 10-year-old son in the car.
According to police, 61-year-old Marshall Proffitt was arrested Monday night in Lexington, after a traffic stop.
They say he was visibly intoxicated and told police he drank a half-pint of vodka, which police say they found in the car.
Police say the man was driving with his girlfriend and 10-year-old son in the car and is facing charges of DUI and wanton endangerment.
