An hour later, there will be a balloon release in honor of Bryce Combs’ 10th birthday.

Combs was swept away by floodwaters in September. Thousands of people searched for him for a week before finding his remains.

If you want to take part in the balloon release, the city asks you wear blue and join in at City Park.

Balloons will be provided.
