FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two men are behind bars after a stabbing in Franklin County. According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Randy and Jeremiah Hazlett went to the Capitol Mobile Home Park on Georgetown Road after hearing their mother was in trouble.
After going inside the trailer, they apparently got into a fight and stabbed a man in the chest.
Deputies stopped the Hazzlett’s as they were leaving the scene.
The man stabbed was taken to UK Hospital with a very serious chest wound and a possible collapsed lung.
The sheriff’s office expects him to recover.
The two suspects were taken to the Franklin County jail and more charges are expected according to the sheriff’s office.
