Memorial scholarship fund set up for Bryce Combs

MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ)- A memorial scholarship fund has been set up in honor of a nine-year-old boy who was swept away by flood waters in Rowan County.  After searching for a week, the boy’s body was found over the weekend in the Triplett Creek area, about two miles from where he was swept away.

Morehead City Hall says that the Bryce Combs Memorial Scholarship Fund has been created. You can donate to it by contacting the Citizens Bank of Morehead at (606) 780-0000. All proceeds from the fund will be divided into a scholarship fund in Bryce’s name and to Bryce’s family.
