We are seeing mostly clear skies to start with some patchy fog in areas. Expect more sunshine through the day which will help warm temperatures back into the upper 80s with a heat index in the low 90s. The heat and humidity will trigger isolated showers and possibly some storms this afternoon and evening. Tonight temperatures will settle back around the 70 degree mark with some fog in spots. Saturday will be very similar to today with the heat, humidity, and isolated rain chances. By Sunday afternoon we could begin to see the remnants of Florence moving into Kentucky. Rain totals look to add up mainly across Eastern Kentucky with a possible 1 to 2” of rain. We’ll continue to see showers through at least Tuesday morning.
