Two men arrested after authorities find large bag of meth


MORGANFIELD, Ky. (WTVQ)- Kentucky State Police have arrested two men during a traffic stop. They say the driver was intoxicated and had Hydrocodone and the passenger had a large amount of meth in the car.

KSP says 30-year-old Jay Howard was driving and was arrested after troopers found him intoxicated with Hydrocodone.

Troopers say 32-year-old Kenneth Manuel was the passenger and was arrested after authorities found a large amount of suspected meth belonging to him.

Manuel and Howard were both taken to the Union County Detention Center in Morganfield.
