LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Lexington Police have arrested a woman they say sexually abused a minor under 16 on multiple occasions.
According to police, 26-year-old Tiffany Shepherd abused a minor under 16 at two different locations in Lexington.
She is due in court Tuesday morning.
