Murder Victim Calls 911 To Identify Kill In Grant County

A Grant County murder victim called 911 as he was dying to report the name of the man who shot him.

State police say around 6 PM Saturday, 51-year-old Barry Kenner told Grant County 911 39-year-old Paul James Jr. from Corinth had shot him.

Kenner was airlifted from Keefer Lawrenceville Road to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he died from his injuries.

Based on their investigation, troopers say they’ve arrested Paul James Jr., the same man Kenner identified as his killer.
