“Thank you everybody for your prayers, kind words and support. We are devastated but thankful no people were injured. Our hearts are broken for the horses we lost,” Dragonsmeade said on its Facebook page.

The Fire Marshall says firefighters had to haul water to the burning barn. There were also apartments inside the barn for employees.

“I just hope that things workout for them. It’s just sad,” said neighbor David McCane

The cause of the fire is still under investigation
