LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two men who were tried for the murder of a Lexington Marine received long sentences on Friday for robbery.
Quincinio Canada and Dawan Mulazim were charged in connection to the 2014 murder of Jonathan Price and the shooting of his wife, Megan, outside a bar in Lexington.
During their trial in June, Quincinio Canada was acquitted of murder and assault and the jury failed to reach a decision on Dawan Mulazim.
However, both were found guilty of robbing a hotel.
They were formally sentenced on Friday.
Canada received a 50-year sentence and Mulazim received a 60-year sentence.
