Mercer County Sheriff’s Office arrests 5 in drug investigation


MERCER COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation yesterday that resulted in five arrests.

Deputies say the investigation began after receiving a tip for a welfare check.

Deputies took narcotics and cash from Scott Johanson’s apartment.

Also arrested inside the apartment was Jade Adele Revell from Louisville, she was charged with an outstanding parole violation warrant. Nicole Jennings from Louisville was charged with a flagrant non-support warrant being $13,000 behind in her child support. Michael Robbins of Danville was also charged with a flagrant non-support warrant for being $2900 behind. Shaunda K. Brown, she was charged with Trafficking Meth.

Once at the jail, jail staff located an estimated 13 additional grams of methamphetamine.

All five people are lodged at the Boyle County Detention Center.
