FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man faces charges after a toddler was found along a Floyd County highway on Wednesday.
Kentucky State Police say Jordan Conn was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor.
Troopers say they were called to help social services on Wednesday after a motorist spotted a 2-year-old child sitting along a highway in the Mud Creek area.
Troopers searched door-to-door for the child’s parents and finally found them.
They were not charged.
State Police say Conn was supposed to be watching the child.
He was booked into the Floyd County Detention Center.
