Heat Advisory through the 4th of July.

Happy Tuesday Kentucky!  It’s going to be another hot and humid day with more isolated shower and thunderstorm chance.  Have the rain gear on standby and stay hydrated.  A Heat Advisory has been issued for portions of Central Kentucky due to excessive heat through the 4th of July.  High temperatures will be climbing back into the 90s with humid conditions leading to heat index values near 100.  Thankfully by the weekend we will see a cool down.

Today:  Partly sunny with a 30% chance for showers/thunderstorms and high near 91 degrees.

Tonight: Mostly clear with a low near 74 degrees.

Wednesday:  Mostly sunny with a 10% chance for showers/thunderstorms and a high near 95 degrees.

Thursday:  Partly sunny with a 20% chance for showers/thunderstorms and a high near 93 degrees.



Friday:  Mostly cloudy with a 70% chance for showers/thunderstorms and a high near 86 degrees.

Saturday:  Mostly sunny with a 10% chance for showers/thunderstorms and a high near 81 degrees.

Sunday:  Mostly sunny with a high near 84 degrees.

Monday:  Mostly sunny with a 10% chance for showers/thunderstorms and a high near 88 degrees.
