LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police say a man has been charged for trying to put his cell phone under a woman’s dress at the Fayette Mall.
Police say the incident happened April 21.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Quary Baker followed a woman into Macy’s and could be seen on video reaching under the woman’s dress with his cell phone while she was talking to a sales associate.
Documents say security spotted Baker and escorted him out of the store.
Lexington Police say during their interview with Baker, he admitted to putting his cell phone under the woman’s dress, but said he could not get a picture because the camera function failed and that he was high on marijuana when he did it.
He also told them he threw away the phone.
Baker is charged with voyeurism.
