Temperatures have topped out in the mid 80s this afternoon. It’s still muggy, but at least we’ve worked in more sunshine and mainly dry weather. A few isolated showers and storms popped up through the afternoon and isolated activity is still possible this evening, but will die down once the sun sets. We’ll look at mainly dry weather over night with lows in the upper 60s. Isolated to scattered storms are possible Sunday, mainly mid morning through early afternoon thanks to an approaching cold front. This front will bring an end to activity through the end of the day. It will also bring in cooler, drier air by Sunday night. Dew points will finally drop into the upper 50s and be more comfortable. Sunday night will be a great night to open windows and get fresh air. Highs Sunday will top out in the mid 80s with decreasing clouds as shower and storm activity breaks up. Monday will be dry and comfortable with temperatures in the mid 70s and sunshine. We’ll see more sunshine Tuesday with temperatures around 80. Wednesday will be similar o Tuesday and still comfortable. It will start to feel muggier Thursday as an area of low pressure moves in bringing a chance for showers and storms. Highs Thursday will be in the mid 80s. Activity may linger Friday with highs still in the mid 80s. A few rain and storm chances are possible Saturday with highs in the low to mid 80s.
