Roasted Radishes with Orange Tarragon Brown Butter

16 ounces radishes

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons kosher salt



Wash, trim and quarter radishes.

toss radishes in small bowl with olive oil.

spread on cookie sheet (I line it with foil for easier clean up).

sprinkle with salt.

roast at 375 for 20 to 25 minute.


Once the radishes are finished brown 2 TBSP of butter in the pan and add tarragon and orange zest with the radishes just before serving.  Allow to further caramelize a bit and season with salt and pepper to taste.  Enjoy!
