OWENTON, Ky. (WTVQ) —Kentucky State Police arrest an Owen County man following an investigation from the KSP Electronic Crime Branch.
Troopers arrested 33 year-old Parick Voegele on Monday, May 14 as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
Voegele is faces charges related to possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor and possession of a controlled substance, 1st degrees/1st offense (meth).
A warrant was obtained and equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.
Voegele is currently charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor 1st offense and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
Each charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison.
He was lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center.
