FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) —Motorists will need to use alternate routes as portions of KY 211 as set to temporarily close.
State highway crews in Bath County will temporarily close KY 211 south of Salt Lick on Tuesday, May 15, to replace a cross drain underneath the roadway.
KY 211 will be closed at mile marker 4.5, which is a mile south of the KY 3290 intersection and about a half mile north of Spring Hollow Road.
The section of highway will be closed from 8 AM until about 2:30 PM.
Motorists should expect delays and use detours on KY 3290 and KY 36.
Motorists are asked to heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
